"Called at 17:10 with support request; Mission Complete 18:35! Up and running after replacing a deadlined Contactor. Identified the problem, engaged, replaced, inspected unit (added refrigerant). Insertion, operations, Mission Complete, extraction in incredibly short order. Professional through and through. Go to Guys is an understatement.
