"I have used big c for over 10 yrs. The phone is answered by the owner and came out within 2 hrs. I moved from Margate to Davie with my daughter. She called 3 a/c companies and got 3 different estimates and 3 different reasons why her a/c isn't working. I called Byron he came out in 2 hrs and fixed the problem with a very reasonable cost. He is honest and friendly. Deserves a 10 rating."
