"Called at 17:10 with support request; Mission Complete 18:35! Up and running after replacing a deadlined Contactor. Identified the problem, engaged, replaced, inspected unit (added refrigerant). Insertion, operations, Mission Complete, extraction in incredibly short order. Professional through and through. Go to Guys is an understatement. I'll be sleeping comfortably thanks to Big C & Sons' Squared Away Personnel. Completely beyond any reasonable expectation. David Silva First Sergeant, USA (ret.) Support our Troops. Before. During. "These guys are the best! I needed to have a unit moved and new ducts installed. They did it in on a couple days, the work was perfect and they cleaned up. Byron will be the only AC guy I use in the future!"

"Our 9 yr old AC stopped working. We Called Big C & Sons and owner, Byron, agreed to check it even though it was already late in the day. He diagnosed major problem which we had anticipated. He gave us estimated price on new system and we agreed. By the following morning, Byron and his son had arrived with new system. They removed the old one and installed the new one in a very small space. They worked all day, cleaned up and were extremely professional . These guys were a pleasure to deal with and the AC is working great. Highly recommend this family business. Description of Work: AC not working"
