"Big C and Sons installed a new A/C unit in February and did a very professional job. I had occasion to need him to look at the unit recently and his response was very fast and, again, very professional. The issue ended up not being with the unit but was a minor problem with the nest thermostat which he fixed very quickly. The majority of my contact has been with Byron who I find to be very honest, trustworthy and extremely knowledgeable. I totally recommend his company!"

"If you are looking for an experienced, well versed AC Tech, use the services of Big C & Sons. They are most reliable and efficient. I recently moved here and the A.C stopped working at the house. I made several calls and began getting frustrated in the process as 3 techs said they would come by and never showed up. I stumbled on Big C's info and called as a last resort. He was there in less time than he originally said. The service was excellent. His professionalism was equally great. He was humble and gave me reassurance that he would have it fixed before the nightfall. And yes, he did! He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. He price was absolutely reasonable. I can safely say I have an A.C. tech for life. He is truly worth working with."
