"It is always a leap of faith to do business with someone you don't know. I found Big C on angles list and I couldn't be more pleased. Byron came when he said he would. He diagnosed and repaired the problem and charged a very reasonable amount.. Also and this is the part that is most amazing....He made himself available on New Years eve to get my ac running! It gives me peace of mind that there is an ac contractor that I can rely on and call when needed!!! Description of Work: home air conditioner repair"

"Byron and his crew were very reasonable and prompt. I called him at 2pm and he was at my house by 4pm on a Sunday! He told me he would be back bright and early to replace my air conditioner and that he did :) I am very please with this company and would recommend them to anyone. I even sent him down the block to my mom's house and he went right after he left my house. Reliable, reasonable, honest, and prompt. If you want 5 star service, call Big C & Sons today."
